Great looking cuts of pork and beef. The fillets I bought and ate last night were excellent, no sauces or seasonings necessary. I’m definitely making this my getting spot for stakes. This is the only stand alone butcher shop in town. I’ve also been told to try the burgers here, that are only available on Mondays in a limited quantity! You can tell the guy behind the counter definitely knows what he’s doing, he has that quietly confident persona about him, very respectful.

The Hamburger was excellent. Their special is a $6 burger on Mondays. The burger had a great taste and perfectly cooked. Add fries for $3 and it was the best inexpensive lunch I have had in a long time. The service was excellent and everything was served hot and quickly!
